Any effort needs someone to coordinate and lead it.  I'd rather not lead
and coordinate the marketing stuff.  Others wanted to.  I will do it if
no one else does.  The last makor handbook re-org happened because the
previous incarnation needed help.  

The end result is that the handbook is in fact far more usable then it
was.  It can improve.  I'm all for that.  But people need to propse
concrete solutions not 'we should do' or if only we had'

So far the only real suggestions for the handbook are adding 'new
content' and 'recently updated content' blocks which is an excellent
idea.  We actually have the recently edited already in the handbook
updates page, just need to decide on display.
