Isn't that added by the mailman.module ? and not the documentation ?

Each section of http://drupal.org/mailing-lists has three links
associated with it. I propose that the third link is possibly the most
useful, and yet the most vapid.

WTF is a "mailman page"? I came here to "Subscribe", not to read about
some Mailman email application. That is, if I as a computer user even
knows that mailman IS an email application. See my point?
