[documentation] [Documentation feature] Warning re Filtered HTML and images: handbook page now drafted

FYI the handbook page at: http://drupal.org/node/122181
The title spells need "neeed" you might want to change the title, it was a
bit confusing for me, maybe something like "See images ect. check filtered
HTML" or not. Nice job.
