Fixed in HEAD, 4.7, and 4.6. Should be updated on the API site soon.

First sentence, second paragraph reads:
  "This hook enables modules to register paths which whose requests
they wish to handle." 


I believe this should read:
  "This hook enables modules to register paths which request whom they
wish to handle."


I've got an email in to a grammar expert to get their view on it.

I heard back from the grammar expert today and her take on it was this:
"This hook enables modules to register paths, which determines whose
requests are to be handled."
