[documentation] Introduction

I'm excited to start work on Drupal documentation and usability, and 
have been catching up on some recent posts to this list.

I'm new to the Drupal community, but experienced in PHP/XHTML/CSS and 
administering Drupal sites. I have experience with online and open 
source projects and produce a lot of business and technical writing.

I'm looking forward to helping!
