http://drupal.org/contribute is the top page under the contribute tab


http://drupal.org/contribute/documentation is another page regular doc
team members don't have edit access to. 


The "Contributing to the handbook" link on this second page goes to
"Docs overview" which is what I re-named 23742 after moving the two
paragraphs on getting started to 24572, "Contributing to documentation."



Propose: Change the link on http://drupal.org/contribute under the
"Documentation" heading to link to 24572, and nix
http://drupal.org/contribute/documentation 


I can work in some of the suggestions for 'finding things to do' under
the doc guidance.

handbook section [1], but it also provides some information that
conflicts/duplicates information from that section.


The page under contribute [2] should be reworked or replaced with a
link to the handbook section. Any ideas?
