Earlier today, I spent a long time looking for those pages... but in a
different location. I was trying to work on a patch for Drupal core, and
needed some information, but I just couldn't find the pages, because I
was not working on a contrib module and didn't look in that section. (I
just found the pages right now, because I was looking for something
else, when working on a contrib module).


Maybe those three pages should be relocated either in the grand-parent
page http://drupal.org/contributors-guide or in another subsection
(either a specific subsection or in Drupal API section ?).
