So there's been some talk about how the dojo hasn't been successfully
bringing its doc full circle.  This is a feature request (of several) to
bring the valuable documentation generated back to the mothership


I don't know if its better to make a new page or incorporate this into
an existing page... feedback is requested.

These need some polishing (i.e. we probably don't want the introdution
in the handbook, perhaps a simple courtesy of drupal-dojo, by
victorkane???
