Opening this up in the event that another dojo-member wants to take the
reigns.  I'm swamped till after OSCMS at least.

So there's been some talk about how the dojo hasn't been successfully
bringing its doc full circle.  This is a feature request (of several) to
bring the valuable documentation generated back to the mothership


I don't know if its better to make a new page or incorporate this into
an existing page... feedback is requested.

These need some polishing (i.e. we probably don't want the introdution
in the handbook, perhaps a simple courtesy of drupal-dojo, by
victorkane???
