[documentation] Preparing Theming handbook for D6

Sup guys, I'm a recent recruit to the doc team with the sole purpose  
of helping out with the theming handbook.

Here's an outline of how I think the theming handbook should be  
structured in the wake of Drupal 6. Please give some feedback and  
help fill in the details.

It's more focused on the core ideas to theming. Customization and  
user contributed snippets should be moved into another section. I  
definitely want to have a hand on creating diagrams and flowcharts on  
a few pages.

Anyone keeping up with theming in D6? Once the outline is sound I'll  
start recreating it on sepecks' scratch site. Then on to some writing.
