[documentation] [infrastructure] Annotating the database

This is something that would be of value to a large number of people -- 
there are also a bunch of folks who already know some, if not all, of 
this --

Instead of working on it on your own, how about creating a wiki page on 
groups.drupal.org (maybe in the dojo section? -- 
http://groups.drupal.org/drupal-dojo --  because that's where a lot of 
this cool stuff starts :) )

This way, people could pitch in and help write the docs -- then, when 
they are done, they can be added into the handbook.

This should also probably be pulled from infrastructure list and moved 
into the docs list --
