Another possibility is to designate _one_ issue as the "comment needs
action" issue and give it an alias so it's easy to find. Then you just post
to it with the node ID and what action you need and someone responds when
it's done. It could get a bit messy if a lot of comments need action having
to try and see which are done, but I think the number of comments being
cleaned on any given day is low enough that it shouldn't be too bad. When
the issue starts getting really long, someone could check through that
they're all acted on and make a new issue to replace it at the same alias.
I know that's not ideal, but I think it would be easier than having a new
issue every single time and doesn't require any extra modules. It's 4am
here, so hopefully I'm making sense... ;)
