[documentation] fun handbook cleanup and a reminder to use example.com

Hi,

When people want to write about an example url they often say
yoursite.com or mysite.com etc.  The "standard" example URL is
example.com - http://example.com/

I did a quick search for yoursite.com [1] and was very sad at the results :(

Editing every node and comment won't work, but we should at least try
to keep the handbook clean and in following with the handbook style
guidelines 6.d [2] we can just go for that yoursite.com search limited
to book pages[3]  If you want to have some fun imagine different
common variations on this theme.  I imagine you'll find some pages
that link out to the bad URL ;)

I cleaned up a few examples but felt that distributing the task might
be a good idea.
