[documentation] What's wrong with "you"?

Apress encourages their authors to address the audience directly. There 
is nothing wrong with the use of the word 'you'. It is a style. The doc 
team could decide to write in 100% passive voice but it would make for 
very dry and sometimes awkward documentation.
