Nope.  The list that is installed can be found in the handbook
http://drupal.org/node/27367

For a variety of reasons, it is not likely to have Views installed on
drupal.org this year.  Trivia department stuff, drupal.org has been
continuously upgraded since ver 1 over six years ago.
