[documentation] Contributor Links block/docs links changed!

Hey all,

This is a heads up for folks that use the Contributor Links block for  
handy docs links. Pursuant to an issue in the Webmasters queue (http://drupal.org/node/225202 
) the Handbook maintainers links have been broken out into a new  
block. This means you need to go to "My Account > Edit" and select the  
"Documentation team links" block to get your docs links back (plus a  
few more!)

If you haven't had the Contributor Links turned on before make sure  
you give it a look because they can help you move around on Drupal.org  
quite a bit.
