[documentation] Siteground spam in the handbook

Good catch Dave! This tutorial is just a bunch of links to their  
website. There's no actual steps on how to do anything. Except how to  
sign up with them.

I don't have docs delete privs or I would do this myself. I'll comment  
more in the issue queue. (Congrats on your first issue!)
