[documentation] Contributions needed to core documentation

That would be optimal, but we need new documentation for Drupal 7.
What people put in to there will not be filling up the handbooks, it
will be transfered into the new help system included in drupal core.
It will be come the help pages.
We need *some* help to be included in core, because there is no
guarentee that it will come in later.
So if we can at least get a large start, not all of it needs to be
finished, but a lot of it.
