[documentation] Schedule Next IRC meeting this week

Ok, I've gotten feedback from here and IRC to go ahead and schedule.

We will meet for one hour in the #drupal-docs IRC channel on the  
FreeNode network. Please *vote on Doodle* by Wednesday (tomorrow)
