[documentation] Issue Subscribe Page Hard to Find

Shai,

Do you think this might be a good candidate for inclusion into the  
specifically-targeted-towards-newbies-like-me "Contributing to  
documentation FAQ" page at

http://drupal.org/node/266622

I didn't know that page existed, but now that I do I'll certainly be  
making use of it. So at the minimum, thanks for informing me about its  
existence.
