[documentation] Deleting/archiving/moving old book pages?

That's the old way. We recently decided to move them to an
"outdated"/"archive" book instead to avoid link rot, see at the bottom
of this page: http://drupal.org/documentation-writers-guide (links to
discussions at http://drupal.org/node/249778, if you're interested).
