[documentation] Browser stats in the handbook

Hm, well obviously the numbers will change. I think we shouldn't  
include this info at all really. Is there a compelling reason for us  
to supply that info in our handbook? If we do keep it, then we should  
just link off "here is a list of common browser usage" or something  
rather than feeling like we need to check and update the numbers every  
few months.
