[documentation] IRC meeting

Ok, looks like majority are gunning for this coming weekend so how about

Saturday May 24 at 18:00 (6 pm) GMT / 2pm ET / 11am PT

I'm not wedded to that day/time so, again, if folks make a strong case  
for another time we can move it around. Just please speak up quickly  
so we can set the meeting and folks can get it in their calendars.
