[documentation] Contributors to docs need more public recognition

As I just explained, that is NOT the heart of my proposal. I really
don't care about that feature. The heart of my proposal is the
original post:

The proposal is really just to "be more public about giving credit".
That's all I'm saying. No one should be opposed to that.
