[documentation] Contributors to docs need more public recognition

This would be another step in the right direction. Even just a simple
link to this page on every documentation page that said:

"This page was written by one of these fine volunteers...you can
help!" with a link to this contributor's page. And then you could put
a link to the revisions page so even anonymous users could see who
contributed. It should state clearly: "See who contributed to this
page".
