[documentation] Contributors to docs need more public recognition

Anybody who wishes to can use the profile at http://drupal.org/project/drupalorg_testing

to setup a test environment and suggest changes. Though of course this  
doesn't test the ability of any solution to scale to a site the size  
of d.o
