[documentation] Drupal Taxonomy page

I'm somewhat new to Drupal and the Taxonomy system was a bit confusing to me
at first. I just did an overhaul of the Taxonomy page in the Getting Started
handbook.. if anyone has any input on it I'd be grateful.
