[documentation] iCal of docs events

Just a heads-up that Moshe did some troubleshooting on our event block  
problem on the g.d.o doc group page. Turns out g.d.o uses an older  
version of date module that has some issues with GMT timezones, so  
none of our events using that timezone (which I use on all of them  
except local events) just weren't showing.

Moshe will work on updating g.d.o to the new version of date, but that  
will obviously take some testing and time. In the meantime I will post  
our events using US eastern timezone. We now have a functioning event  
block and you can grab an iCal feed of our events (link is on the  
Events block on the group page). Woot! and thanks to Moshe. :-)
