[documentation] IRC meeting on Sept. 14

OK, the Doodle is done. :-) Next IRC meeting will be on the FreeNode  
IRC network in #drupal-docs on

Sunday, September 14 at 17:00 GMT (1 pm EDT, 10 am PDT)

Feel free to post to the list with agenda items you would like  
covered. The main things to discuss right now:

- Getting involved book
- Open editing to all auth users
