[documentation] follow up on resources discussion

I've posted a follow up on yesterday's discussion at
http://groups.drupal.org/node/19036

One new idea that popped up today is to make the moderated content a
formal teaching resource for Drupal teachers at Teaching institutions
(so students would follow the course online and get the credits for
practical work that is mentored by the teacher).
