Shai, I apologize that I may have stated my case more strongly than needed;
I won’t go into the personal problems that have been weighing heavily on my
mind recently. I certainly welcome your work on updating the Cookbook, which
I haven’t done much of lately. It definitely needs more 6.x updates.

One of the big things I reacted to is that you made the definition of “node”
more precise and I consciously had left it less so because the people who
read this book are just starting out and just need a very basic idea of what
a node is – basically a piece of content (as in “content management
 system”). The more precise definition probably belongs in the Glossary
section later in the book. Early in the book, all that is needed is a
“flavor” so they don’t get overwhelmed.
