thanks for the info. My fault. ;)

i have found an error at the following file "INSTALL.pgsql.txt".

- createuser --pwprompt --encrypted --no-adduser --no-createdb username
+ createuser --pwprompt --encrypted --no-createdb --no-createrole 
--no-superuser username

There is no statment like "--no-adduser" at postgresql. Instead you 
should use "--no-createrole". Also you want use the statement 
"--no-superuser". Otherwise the user could get the permissions of the 
database administrator.

That was my first thought, but i have no idea which category i should use.
