Hmmm... That would actually be a pain, given the format that 
hook_help() needs for the doc (it has to be translation-ready and 
inside PHP strings, etc.). See draft standard at 
http://drupal.org/node/632280 for an example of the format that needs 
to get into the patch.

I think the main thing to get into this patch is the About and Uses 
section headers for each main module help screen. Refining the text on 
help pages can be done after the Dec 1st UX deadline, with individual 
issues/patches.
