What alternative do you suggest, Bart? post it to the issue

Owner, but it sure beats "superuser".

Perhaps if we could explicitly define what it is that the /user/1 
account is able to do that other accounts cannot, it would help us find 
the right name.

So, what *is* it that /user/1 can do that nobody else can?
