[documentation] D7 sprints or IRC work times for Sept/Oct?

I posted this in IRC yesterday, but I think everyone was sleeping...

Should we organize more sprints for Drupal 7 documentation for 
September and October? I think there is still a lot to be done in D7 
docs, and I thought the sprints went very well in August.

I also thought it was also helpful that we had a designated time when 
people were on IRC and paying attention, answering questions, 
mentoring less experienced documentarians, getting work done, etc. So 
even if we don't want to have Drupal 7 documentation sprints going 
forward, I think it would be helpful to have a designated "co-working" 
time on IRC for the doc group.

I thought the schedule in August of 3 sprints every week was a bit 
intense, though... So maybe we could pick one time, such as the 
Tuesday or Thursday afternoon times that seemed to be the best 
attended, and say we are meeting at that time on IRC every week to 
work on doc? I couldn't necessarily commit to being there every week, 
but I would probably be there most weeks.
