[documentation] User Interface Review doc sprints Jan 6-7

I added issues out there for what I found, although you may need to tag them
or move them to the appropriate queue.

If I can get eclipse to stay connected long enough to this cranky hughesnet,
I'll take a stab at rolling patches.
