[documentation] I Created a D7 Sandbox

Hey folks,

D7 alpha 1 is out! It's great... and it needs lots of work.

I've created a sandbox where you can check it out without having to install
it yourself.

I've enabled a bunch of permissions for registered users...

What I'm hoping... is that it will be a sandbox that will have real content
instead of just "test" content. And the real content will be reactions to
and bug reports on D7. Of course the "bug reports" are mostly links to where
the issue is on Drupal.org. There is nothing official about this site at all
and noone is monitoring it. But I think it would be a fun place for people
to try it. Spread the word.
