[support] Import XML Documents

Off course:
* HTML is XML, drupal does HTML, so XML
* ATOM RSS etc is XML, drupal does that, obviously.
* DOCbook is XML, drupal has support for that.

I think you should target your question a little bit more, and explain in
detail what kind if XML you need, where you need it, what DTDs you are
looking for and why you need XML.
