hello Mohammed,
I had the same question as you're having.. the way I do it now is by
putting the strings (words, or pieces of text) I want to translate
between t(). afterwards you can look for your string in the locales
admin and translate each string for each language. to call the string
in, let's say, a menu, you can use a <?php echo t(...) ?>
dunno if the echo is the cleanest way to do it, but it works fine for me.
