Not that I know of. Try the adminrss module. It will create RSS feeds of
unapproved nodes and comments.

Also, under the admin/comments page, you can list all the unapproved
comments, and mass approve them from their.

I can't seem to figure out how to have the site admin notified when 
comments are waiting approval. I thought there was an email notification 
/ approval feature.
