HI all,
     Looking at the modules available pages I didn't see what I had in mind.  Is there a way to setup a directory of files that users can add to, i.e. upload docs, and download what has been added already?  While I do so photographic albums and image modules for doing this with images, what about files in general?  This seems like it would be available somehow.  I know that one can add an attachment to a submission, so is that how one would do it?  I mean the text with the file uploaded would show up as a description?
