[support] customizing the taxonomy page

The page contains a list of teasers for the nodes that belongs to that term.

My problem is that I would like to customize this page in to respects.

1) I would like to affect the way each node is presented. I don’t want 
the heading to be h2 and I don’t want a “read more” link as it is 
already possible to click the heading.

2) My biggest concern though, is that all nodes in that term are listed. 
I would only like those that are sorted directly under that term in the 
menu tree to be listed. Is there a way of deciding which nodes will be 
shown?

3) I would like to have an introductory description of the term. 
Unfortunately there is no room for a text meant for publishing in the 
term page, only a description. Can this be made to show up on the term page?
