[support] How to manage comment?

A new permission needs to be written for. Somehow you would need to tie in a node_access(edit) call, and if TRUE, then allow editing/deleting of the comments on the node. 
   
  I mentioned this in a thread, http://drupal.org/node/80291, but it didn't generate much discussion.
