[support] language support/i18n questions

Thanks Kobus. That was my main concern (wether the reads were fixed in 4.7)

Im pretty sure it makes sense to share the tables (as long as 'varaible' is
unique for each site). I just wanted to hear the thoughts of anyone who has
implemented i18n with multisite
