[support] tinyMCE issue

well i completely removed my css and my javascript and it still doesn't
work so it's not anything i'm adding. Likely it's something i'm missing
and after looking at the other templates closer I'm realizing there are
other things. The main one I'm not seeing any tabs (which is why I
couldn't find a lot of things such as revisions and also could explain
why i couldn't see the tinyMCE config page).
