[support] Problems installing drupal

Ask your host to allow your database user to have lock tables  
permissions. (The database itself will also need to allow those  
permissions.) Some hosts will not allow this -- I have no idea why --  
but if they give you trouble, there are many other hosts out there --  
a search of the forums will give you several leads.
