Actually, that's what started :-(
I was trying to follow the upgrade steps.  Then backup got such a mess
mainly because of the image issue.  See, I can't see image files those
which are actually live but Transmit FTP client can't see them even
though I enabled invisible files.  FTP CLI access even doesn't list all
the files.  Maybe I am hitting the limit.  If I download entire
directory, the local site still shows missing images.  Very weird.

The documented upgrade steps seems to be quite inconvenient.  I was
going to ask about it with new thread next, but I'd better delete
duplicated files first.
