[support] LibGD and mbstring/Unicode

Hello all,

 

I just recompiled and reinstalled php with a ./configure -with-gd
-enable-mbstring, and Drupal's status report still shows them as not being
installed.  Does anyone know what is going on with that?  Are others having
this issue?  Is this a bug?
