[support] Looking for a module to Register for an event?

Hi All

I'm looking for the best solution in Drupal 5 for members to register
for an event.

Ex:

A charity motorcycle ride on "this  date"

Something where I am able to add extra  fields too along with multiple
events to register for.

Any suggestions greatly appreciated
