[support] Removing the "Request New password" in the login

hello all,
Our site is not using auto email and hence I want to remove the "Request New
password"* *link in the user login form on the front page since it serves no
purpose. I am using Drupal5.0 and the theme is democratica.
Can anyone point the file that contain these informations so that they could
be commented.
